A Little About Us
Inman roofing was started in 1986 by brothers Bill and Dan Inman. Their father was a roofer so they started learning the trade at a very young age. Bill and Dan retired in 2016 and Bill’s son Billy is now running the business.
Billy, a Cheyenne native, was born into the business and is experienced in all aspects of roofing.
Here at Inman Roofing a satisfied customer is the best business strategy of all.
Corporate Mission Statement
Inman Roofing Inc. is a privately-held company providing quality roofing for our commercial and residential customers. Our success is the result of a strong work ethic combined with the abilities of our skilled employees. We have been in business since 1986 during which time we have kept current with the changes in the roofing industry relative to products, installation requirements and the equipment and tools to install the products. Our goal is to provide customers with quality workmanship by keeping our employees current in the use and application of the roofing products.
Our goal is to strengthen relationships with our customers and employees by honoring commitments and exceeding expectations every day.
Our success over the years is a result of a strong work ethic coupled with a strong desire to treat our customers and employees as family. Our employees are our greatest asset. Through their efforts performing as team-members in their crews, we provide our customers with a quality roof completed on-time and within the scope of the budget. They keep management apprised of any problems or changes that may need addressed to provide the customer with the best outcome.
Safety Culture: Preventing accidents is our primary goal in all phases of our operations and administration. We insist that our safe work practices and procedures are followed by all employees. We believe that safety starts with proper training of all employees, including a Zero Tolerance policy regarding drugs and alcohol. All new employees must complete a thorough safety training program before being assigned to a work crew.
We continue our efforts to improve the safety for all of our workers through training and providing them with the appropriate safety equipment. Our safety culture reduced our Experience Modification Rating (EMR) and Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR). Our EMR for 2018 is .9156.
We are members of the Cheyenne Roofing Alliance, the Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau and other agencies. We actively participate in and support many community and charity organizations.
